Solar Photovoltaic Glass Spectral Transmittance Tester Tempered Glass Spectral Transmittance Testing Machine
The photovoltaic glass spectral transmittance tester is designed and manufactured by Lonroy. It is used to test the transmittance of solar photovoltaic glass and is also applicable to the transmittance testing of float glass, insulating glass, tempered glass, laminated glass, coated glass, automotive glass, etc.
I. Equipment Introduction
This instrument consists of a workbench, a spectrometer, and a control computer. The workbench measures 2000*1300mm and is 800mm high. The workbench surface is covered with felt to facilitate the sliding of glass.
II. System Features
1. Resistant to environmental light interference, capable of continuous long-term operation.
2. Controlled by an industrial computer, with good scalability and stability.
3. High stability and durability of core components.
4. User-friendly system testing software with sound prompt function, automatic test path guidance during automatic testing, and the ability to edit waiting intervals at each point during testing.
5. Automatic storage of test results, with highly integrated functions for result query, retrieval, statistics, and report printing, making it convenient and easy to use.
III. Equipment Functions
1. Outputs spectral transmittance values from 380 to 1100nm and displays the spectral transmittance curve.
2. Utilizes AM1.5 standard solar spectrum and D65 light source spectral distribution, automatically calculating AM1.5 effective integral transmittance ratio, D65 light source visible light transmittance ratio, and effective transmittance ratio based on user-defined battery response curves. It can also provide transmittance values under other standard light source conditions as per customer requirements.
3. Measures the color (L*a*b*) values and color difference of samples.
4. The testing process is accompanied by sound and indicator light reminders. The system emits a "beep" sound before testing and a "buzz" sound after testing to alert the user not to move the sample during the test. The system interface also has indicator lights to display the machine's working status.
5. It has an automatic calibration function, and the calibration cycle can be set by itself. The remaining time for the next calibration is displayed in real time.
6. It has three working modes: manual test, automatic test and path test.
6.1 Manual test mode: After setting the test time, test interval, test times and other parameters, push the glass into the test area, click "Start Test" manually, and after the test is completed, click "Save Result" to save the test data.
6.2 Automatic test mode: After setting the test parameters, push the glass into the test area, and the machine will start testing automatically. After the test is completed, the results will be automatically saved in the database.
6.3 Path test mode: Beforehand, the number of test points, their positions, test sequence and the time interval for moving between each point are edited. After the sample is pushed into the test area, the screen will prompt the next measurement point according to the planned test path. The test result's measurement path will be automatically saved after the test is completed.
7. Multiple curves can be superimposed for display, allowing for the comparison of test curves. Additionally, a difference curve comparing the two curves can be provided.
8. All test results are stored in the database. The data can be retrieved by specific conditions and exported as an EXCEL file.
9. Provide a function for testing data statistics, generate statistical histograms, and the test results can be printed (if a printer is not installed, the results can be exported as a PDF file).
10. Database data can be exported for disk backup for permanent storage.
11. Fault alarm function: When hardware fails, fault information will be indicated in the status bar on the screen or in the popped-up window. The fault information will be saved in the database for analysis.
12. Anti-environmental light interference.
13. Capable of running continuously for a long time.
IV. Operating Environment
1. Ambient Temperature: 0℃ - 40℃
2. Ambient Humidity: < 98%
3. Power Supply: AC 220V
4. Avoid Vibration
